Introduction and Welcome to our Website

Welcome to the website of the Escena Community Association.  The Association is a nonprofit corporation whose members are those individuals and entities that own property in the Escena development.

This website provides information on the community, its governance, and management.  Key documents of the Association and information on the Design Review process for the community will be found here.  Finally, announcements for members will be posted here and there are contact links for further information.

Description of the Community

Escena is a planned development located in Palm Springs and Cathedral City.  A privately owned, public golf course is in the center of the community.  Surrounding the golf course are and will be single-family homes and town homes.  Currently there are 549 single-family homes in Escena.

Governance by a Board of Directors

The Escena Community Association is governed by a five-person Board of Directors.  Directors are elected by the Association membership and serve two-year terms.  Information on the current Board of Directors can be found at the “Governance” tab.

Management by a Contractor

Management of the Association is provided by The Management Trust (TMT) under a contract.  TMT is an employee-owned company that manages multiple homeowner associations in the Coachella Valley.  Teri Kellerhals is assigned full-time as an Executive Assistant for the Association.  She is the primary point of contact at TMT.  Nicki Mulvany is a Community Association Manager assigned to Escena on an as needed basis.
